leadership

i learned about leadership today. leadership is to influence the people. if i personally want to stop any bad n corrupt leader, i must have that much leadership so that the people giving him power start supporting me.
i think there are many ways to influence people but the knowledge is the mostly exercised way.some influence people because they are good looking. some influence because some people take risk for the people.in one aspect people also think that a person who can fight for them is a leader.but i do not understand the people where they get influenced so blindly that again and again that leader is coming in power and doing scam.
but few of us also think that with risk taking capability leader also takes a firm decision in critical situation.

i do not know what is written above but in my view leader is powered by people to server.if he is not doing the same do not select him next time.if we do same we are actually again obstructing the leadership which may exist in one of us.
